HONEY ON THE SIDE

I’m unsure about this whole thing. I know I was just getting the hang of the Zoom PortaStudio and had learned how to use the modeling features for the guitar tones. That led to me using the envelope filter for this song, and I’m certain I looked in my book of unused songs and found this in there knowing I wanted to write a early 80’s type Grateful Dead song with it. The fun I began to have with the Porta Studio was the best thing I’d ever experienced. It had all the bells and whistles that you could ask for in 2003. All you needed was the imagination and the drive and focus. Check, check and check. The bass part in the guitar solo section was the reason I never asked the guys to play this out live. I would’ve asked them to pull that off, and I know they would’ve hated me for it.
